In February of 2013 the Alliance and its partner agencies joined the 100,000 Homes Campaign and set a goal to house 150 of the most vulnerable homeless people in suburban Cook County in 1 year. By February of 2014 the Alliance doubled that goal and moved 309 of the most vulnerable homeless people living on the streets into permanent housing!

Now we are continuing our efforts with the 100,000 Homes Campaign to house the most vulnerable among us and are proud of the results we see below!
