July 16, 5:00pm - New and Renewals

New and renewal applicants must submit a Letter of Intent by the deadline July 16th in order to be considered in the 2013 competition.

Complete the Letter of Intent online. Click here. New projects will need to attach a budget using this file New Project Budget. Renewal projects that were recently combined will need to complete & attach this worksheet Grant Recapture Worksheet for Combined Projects.

You cannot save and come back to your work later. Please plan your answers before filling out the LOI online.

When you are ready to complete the form online, click here. Indicate whether this is a new or renewal project, then proceed to answer the remaining questions. Some questions depend on the answers to previous questions.

When you reach the bottom of Page 3, when all your answers are complete and any attachment is uploaded, then press Submit. You will see a confirmation page, and then a confirmation email will be sent to the primary contact listed. The email will show you all the answers you gave.

The confirmation page will disappear in ten seconds, and a new blank form will appear. You can then fill out an LOI for the next project you are submitting.

Attachments: All new projects (and recently combined renewal projects) will have one attachment. Name the file in
a meaningful way, such as "2013 WINGS TH recap worksheet.xlsx" or "2013 Thresholds new project budget.xlsx". You will be prompted to attach the file within the online LOI. Click the "Select File" button to attach it.

All other dates are dependent on when HUD releases the Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Available (NOFA), which is expected to happen sometime this summer. Once the NOFA is released, we will set a deadline for you to complete the applications.
